United Kingdom : Eileen & Keith Harte

Eileen’s role for the last 20 years working in the Thoroughbred Breeding Industry has given her the wonderful opportunity to work closely with animals and the people who care for them. Seeing this amazing union of animals and people working together sparked her interest in psychology and encouraged her to start Mentoring. For over 10 years she have continued this passion for several organisations including Women In Racing, Racing Welfare, and The Newmarket Pony Academy for SEND children. She has now added a psychology qualification to further develop her ability to work with people.
Keith served a thorough apprenticeship, working for some of the biggest names in the business. Having spent time in England working for first Shadwell Stud and then at Cheveley Park Stud, both in Newmarket. He also spent three years at Coolmore Stud in Ireland, one of the largest farms in Europe. Keith also travelled internationally including shuttling stallions to Australia and working at Brookdale Farm in Kentucky. For over 20 years he has run his own Breeding and Bloodstock business in the UK.
